This nurturing treatment focuses on areas that work hardest during pregnancy, back, hips, shoulders, and legs, helping you release discomfort and sink into deep rest. Each session is tailored to your stage of pregnancy, offering gentle, supportive techniques that promote relaxation, improve circulation, and create space for you to reconnect with your body and your baby. Walk away feeling lighter, supported, and truly cared for. Enjoy your session in the comfort of your own home. Mobile appointments are offered to areas on the Sunshine Coast, within 25kms of Little Mountain QLD.

Booking Policy To ensure a smooth and supportive experience for all clients, please take a moment to read the booking guidelines below. Bookings & Payments Payment can be made online at checkout or in person at your session — whichever feels most convenient for you. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with all session details. Mobile Massage Area Mobile pregnancy massage is available within the Caloundra to Maroochydore area only. Please ensure you have a quiet, comfortable space at home for your session. Payment Options You’re welcome to: Pay in full online at the time of booking, or Pay in person at your appointment (card, bank transfer or PayID) Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment are fully refundable. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non‑refundable, as this time has been set aside just for you. If you are unwell, please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss options with care. Before Your Appointment Please ensure you are well hydrated and have a comfortable space ready for your massage. If you have any medical concerns or pregnancy complications, please seek approval from your care provider before your session. Arrival & Setup As this is a mobile service, I will arrive a few minutes early to set up. Your 60‑minute treatment begins once you are comfortably on the table. Massage Policy Your comfort and safety are always the priority. Please share any changes to your health or pregnancy before each session so your practitioner can tailor your treatment with care. Massage may be adjusted or postponed if you’re unwell, experiencing unexplained symptoms, or if anything arises that makes treatment unsafe on the day. Gentle, supportive techniques and safe positioning are used throughout pregnancy and postpartum, and you’re welcome to let your practitioner know at any time if you need to pause, reposition, or take a break.
