Coastal Birth & Nourish Co provides childbirth education, pregnancy and postpartum massage, and doula support services. All information on this website is for general educational purposes only and should not replace medical advice from a qualified healthcare provider.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings must be made through the approved booking system or directly via email.

  • Payment terms will be outlined at the time of booking.

  • A deposit may be required to secure your place in classes or services.

  • Full payment is required before services commence unless otherwise arranged.

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made within a reasonable timeframe may be eligible for a partial refund or transfer to another class date.

  • Late cancellations, non‑attendance, or changes made after services have commenced may not be eligible for a refund.

  • If Coastal Birth & Nourish Co needs to cancel or reschedule a class or service, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

 

4. Doula Services

  • Doula support is non‑medical. I do not provide clinical tasks, diagnose conditions, or make medical decisions.

  • Clients must remain under the care of a qualified healthcare provider (midwife, GP, or obstetrician).

  • Availability for birth support is confirmed only once a contract is signed and payment terms are agreed upon.

 

5. Massage Services

  • Pregnancy and postpartum massage services are provided by a trained practitioner.

  • You must inform your therapist of any medical conditions, complications, or concerns before your session.

  • If massage is not recommended by your healthcare provider, you must disclose this prior to booking.

 

6. Client Responsibilities

By engaging with Coastal Birth & Nourish Co, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding your pregnancy and health.

  • Seek medical advice when needed and follow the guidance of your healthcare provider.

  • Use the information provided in classes responsibly and within your own comfort level.

 

7. Website Use

  • All content on this website—including text, images, branding, and materials—is the property of Coastal Birth & Nourish Co and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

  • You agree not to misuse the website or engage in any activity that disrupts its functionality.

  • Outcomes of your birth experience
