Service Description
This 3-Hour Postnatal Nourish Session provides essential support for new mothers in their home environment. My focus is on helping mothers navigate the early days of motherhood, offering practical assistance with household tasks, emotional support and general support. This session aims to create a nurturing space where mothers can feel empowered and cared for, ensuring they have the resources and support needed for a smooth transition into motherhood.
Cancellation Policy
Postnatal Support Booking Policy Your Support Session Each session can be tailored to what would help you most on the day. Support may include light household cleaning and tidying, dishes, laundry and folding, light organisation, general companionship, walking suitable family pets, and holding or supervising your baby while you shower, eat, rest or take some time for yourself. Household assistance is provided as part of postnatal support and is not a professional cleaning service. Tasks involving heavy lifting, hazardous substances or anything considered unsafe may be declined. This service is only available to families within 25kms of Caloundra. Baby Support I am happy to hold, settle and supervise your baby during your session so you can rest, shower or practise self-care. A parent or guardian must remain at the home/property during this time. This service is not babysitting, nannying or independent childcare. Postnatal Support is a non-medical, non-clinical service and does not replace care from a doctor, midwife, nurse, lactation consultant or other healthcare professional. Pets & Safety Please advise me of any pets before your appointment. Dogs may be walked where they are safe and easily managed. Any behavioural or safety concerns must be disclosed before the session. Illness As I work closely with newborns, please contact me if you or someone in your household is unwell with a potentially contagious illness. Your appointment may be rescheduled where appropriate. I will also reschedule if I am unwell. Cancellations Please provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours may be non-refundable, subject to Australian Consumer Law. If I need to cancel, you will be offered a rescheduled session or refund. By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy and understand the nature and scope of the service.
